We had some senior managers from the Department of Telecom in attendance for the seminar in BSNL. On their request we did a special seminar on Improving Effectiveness for senior managers of DOT and BSNL.

We did a selfie test before the session and another after the seminar, which lasted 3 hours. We introduced many techniques and they whole heartedly tried them out. We got many happy selfies at the end of the day. Many told me they felt more energetic and positive after the session. We agreed to engage in more such seminars in other regions too.
