Many managers of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited aka BSNL came together in Gauhati for a seminar on Improving Relationships. Some senior managers from DOT were also in attendance.

We had scheduled this program for 45 minutes, but the participants were very enthusiastic. The program was held in the Conference Room and they made good use of their mikes ! We carried on for 3 hours & when we concluded, everyone wanted another session. We scheduled another one after 2 days.
